(Providence, RI)--A non-profit group in Providence is looking for a new home.The Community Action Partnership of Providence, or CAPP, says it is moving out of the Elmwood Community Center due to serious health and safety concerns with the city-owned building.CAPP says this will force the closure of the city's largest food pantry.The organization says it is actively looking for a new location.
