(Providence, RI)--A fugitive in an alleged bank fraud scheme in Rhode Island and Massachusetts has been arrested in California.The U.S. Justice Department says Edmilson Rodriques of Providence was picked up in Culver City, California earlier this month.The DOJ says Rodriques, the final person sought by authorities in the case, was part of a conspiracy to create and deposit about a million dollars' worth of bogus checks at banks in the two states.
