(Pawtucket, RI)--The city of Pawtucket says 13-thousand warnings have been sent to drivers for violations caught by a new traffic camera system.The cameras, which began operation late last month, are set up to catch red light infractions and school zone speeders.The city said it was starting off with warnings and transitioning to mailed fines.
