(Woonsocket, RI)--Four teenagers are being charged with arson in Woonsocket after authorities found three school buses on fire in a storage yard on Tuesday.The Woonsocket Police Department says 18-year-old city resident Jermaine Gosselin and three juveniles were arrested after an investigation into the incident.It's believed one of the buses was intentionally set on fire, and then the fire spread to the two others.Police said none of the buses were being actively used.
