(North Kingstown, RI)--Rhode Island's first industrial hemp grower in this century is facing complaints from neighbors.They complained at a North Kingstown meeting on Monday night about the smell and other problems.The 65-acre hemp field operated by Dawson Hodgson is being allowed as part of a federal pilot program.WJAR-TV reports town counselors said last night Hodgson seems to be willing to work with residents to find a solution.
