(Burrillville, RI)--Two people are facing charges in Burrillville for an alleged underage drinking party.Shannon Cinieri of Cumberland and Guy Rioux [[ ROO ]] of Burrillville are accused of violating the state's social host law.According to Burrillville police, there were 36 teenagers, all from Cumberland, at Rioux's home when they arrived on Saturday night, and most of them were reportedly drinking.
