(Providence, RI)--The Route 195 Redevelopment District Commission is giving developer Jason Fane one more extension to submit an application for a tax treaty.Fane wants to build the 46-story Hope Point Tower on former 195 land in Providence, which some have criticized for being too tall and for hosting luxury residences.The new deadline to file the tax-stabilization agreement is December 1st.Several extensions have been previously granted.
