(Providence, RI)--The Providence licensing board is allowing the business where a fatal stabbing happened earlier this month to re-open.The Federal Hill-based Nara Lounge can re-open on Friday, ahead of another board meeting that will make a final decision on the status of the club's licenses.The hookah lounge will have to close earlier than normal.Police are still searching for the suspect, Joel Francisco, accused of fatally stabbing Troy Pine on October 2nd.
