(Warwick, RI)--Rhode Islanders are in store for a drop in gas bills from National Grid.National Grid says the state Public Utilities Commission has approved rate proposals, which will see the average residential heating customer be charged about 150 dollars less per year.The change is for the period between November 1st this year and the end of next October.
