(Newport, RI)--A fatal house fire in Newport is being ruled accidental.Investigators with the State Fire Marshal's office say that about the blaze at a residence on Dudley Avenue in September which killed Stephen Croughan.Authorities say the fire started in the kitchen.Croughan was a cross country coach for 24 years at Middletown High School, according to the Daily News report.
