(Warwick, RI)--A Rhode Island Department of Human Services employee is being charged with solicitation of a child.Sixty-four-year-old Dennis Lopes of Scituate is accused of sending indecent sexual material to a person he believed to be 14 and allegedly went to meet the juvenile in Warwick, according to the Rhode Island State Police.Lopes is free on bond. The DHS says he is on administrative leave.
