(Newport, RI)--The parents of an East Bay teen who died by suicide last year are filing suit against the towns of Portsmouth and Jamestown and other parties.Fifteen-year-old Nathan Bruno was a student at Portsmouth High School who had reportedly sent prank calls and texts to Ryan Moniz, the former Portsmouth football coach who then pressured Bruno to reveal the names of other students who were involved in the pranks, according to an investigation.Nathan's father Rick Bruno tells The Newport Daily News the goal of the suit is to enact changes so that something like this doesn't happen again.
