(Providence, RI)--State Treasurer Seth Magaziner is encouraging Rhode Islanders to buy state bonds.Magaziner is calling to attention the state's plans to offer 153-million dollars in bonds to support school construction and other projects throughout Rhode Island.Starting next Tuesday, information about the upcoming bond sale will be available at RhodeIslandBonds.com.The bonds will be sold in December.
