(Providence, RI)--State Treasurer Seth Magaziner says the state's Small Business Loan Program is expanding.The treasurer's office says the BankLOCAL incentive initiative for local banks and credit unions has expanded by ten-million dollars.Nearly three-hundred businesses have benefited since the program launched in 2017, according to Magaziner.
