Deadline Met For Fane Tower Tax Stabilization Agreement

(Providence, RI)--An application is being filed for a tax-stabilization agreement for the future Fane Tower in Providence.The Fane Organization has made the filing to receive tax breaks just ahead of a December 1st deadline.After multiple extensions to apply for the agreement, the 195 Redevelopment District Commission told developer Jason Fane this would be the final deadline.The 46-story-tall luxury apartment building, officially known as the Hope Point Tower, would become the tallest building in Rhode Island.
