(Providence, RI)--A federal suit has been filed to make stun guns and Tasers legal in Rhode Island.Hawaii is the only other U.S. state with such a ban.The suit was filed in federal court in Providence last week by two residents of the state.Attorney General Peter Neronha and Rhode Island State Police Superintendent Colonel James Manni are listed as plaintiffs.
