(Undated)--Rhode Island is set for round two of this week's snow storm this morning.The National Weather Service predicts northwest Providence County will see three to five inches, while the rest of the state, except for Block Island, will see two to four inches.Northern Rhode Island saw five to seven inches in the first round of the storm.Higher totals are predicted today in the Boston area and parts of southeastern Massachusetts.
