(Lincoln, RI)--The Rhode Island Department of Transportation says it is temporarily closing a portion of Route 116 in Lincoln.It's at the Route 146 interchange for evening and overnight hours for five straight nights starting this upcoming Sunday.RIDOT says the closure allows it to demolish part of the Louisquisset Pike Bridge, which carries 146 over 116 and is being replaced.
