(Woonsocket, RI)--Three arrests have been made for the shooting of a 17-year-old girl in Woonsocket.One adult, 18-year-old Jose Ortiz Martinez, and two unnamed 17-year-olds were charged on Friday.Police Chief Thomas Oates the Third said on Friday that Nyasia Williams-Thomas was an innocent victim in last Wednesday's shooting and that a 14-year-old who was inside the SUV that was shot at was the intended target.Oates called the shooting senseless violence.
