(Undated)--We're tracking snow for Rhode Island late tonight into tomorrow morning.The National Weather Service says accumulations of one to four inches are likely for Rhode Island, all of Massachusetts east of Berkshire County and northern Connecticut.However, forecasters say there is lots of uncertainty on the exact location of the heaviest snowfall.
