New York City, NY) -- New York's highest court will hear a case from a former contestant on "The Apprentice" who's suing President Trump for defamation.
Summer Zervos was on Trump's reality show in 2005 and has accused him of sexual misconduct. Zervos is suing Trump for defamation after he called her a liar. On Tuesday, a Manhattan appellate court asked the state Court of Appeals to review a decision in March that allowed Zervos to sue the President.
Trump has argued that he's immune from lawsuits and investigations while in office.
