The Screen Actors Guild offices in New York and Los Angeles are closed for the day after receiving a phone threat.
The offices were closed on the recommendation of the Los Angeles Police Department, so authorities could investigate. Union officials said they were taking the threat seriously.
TMZ reports the person who called in the threat was unhappy with President Trump and the situation with Iran, following the attack that killed a top Iranian general.
