(Providence, RI)--A half-dozen people are being charged by Providence police following a reported breaking-and-entering incident on Federal Hill.Last Thursday, authorities responded to the call at a residence on America Street.Four suspects were arrested for the alleged break-in, but not before a lengthy car and foot chase, according to police.Then one of the residents, Stevens Descades, reportedly confessed to police that he and his roommate were distributing marijuana from the residence after officers reportedly seized nearly 40 pounds of pot.
