(Westerly, RI)--Police are still searching for a fatal shooting suspect in Westerly.A warrant is out for Louis Seignious Jr. of Norwich, Connecticut, who is accused of shooting his cousin, Vincent Sebastian of Ledyard, Connecticut, at a Westerly home on Saturday afternoon.Reports indicate police were led by Seignious on a car chase Saturday night before he escaped into a wooded area in Ledyard.Seignious is considered armed and dangerous.
