(Middletown, RI)--Some charges have been dropped in an investigation into improper sharing of photos at an East Bay business.The Newport Daily News reports one charge was dismissed for three of the six defendants - accessing a computer for fraudulent purposes - in the case of sharing private photos of customers of Flint Audio Video in Middletown, because of a statute of limitations issue, according to a spokesperson for Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha.In addition, one of the defendants in the case has died.
