(New London, CT)--The Connecticut man arrested for a fatal shooting in Westerly waived extradition on Monday.Louis Seignious Jr. of Norwich appeared in New London, Connecticut court after his arrest in Groton, Connecticut on Saturday concluded a week-long manhunt.Seignious is accused of shooting his cousin, Vincent Sebastian of Ledyard, CT last month.According to a Westerly police report, a woman who has a child with Seignious told authorities Seignious had told her there would be problems if she began dating Sebastian, and that she was involved in a relationship with Sebastian at the time of the shooting.Seignious is also facing charges in Connecticut for allegedly fleeing police after the shooting.
