(Charlestown, RI)--Construction of boat ramp improvements at the Quonnie Breachway in Charlestown is underway.That's according to the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management and The Nature Conservancy.The plan is to replace the existing ramp by the end of April and add new floating docks, which are expected to be installed by next fall.
