(Providence, RI)--A turnaround plan for the Providence Public School District is going to be finalized next month.That was according to Rhode Island Education Commissioner Angelica [[ ahn-HELL-ick-uh ]] Infante-Green at an event on Saturday at Asa Messer Elementary School where "community design teams" unveiled recommendations for improving the school district.Infante-Green said the plan will include many of those recommendations.The state took over the school district after an extremely-critical report from Johns Hopkins last year.
