(Undated)--A new model is out projecting the number of coronavirus deaths in Rhode Island, and unfortunately, it is projecting a higher total than the previous estimate.The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington, a nationally-known model, now predicts that by August, about one-thousand people in the state will die from the respiratory disease caused by the virus.The previous forecast was for about one-quarter of that total.
