Former Providence Bruin Has Emergency Surgery, In Medically-Induced Coma

(Toronto)--Former Providence Bruins player Colby Cave is in a medically-induced coma after doctors removed a cyst from his brain.Cave this season has played for the Edmonton Oilers and their American Hockey League team in Bakersfield, California.Cave played in 263 games for the AHL Bruins in Providence, scoring 46 goals, and also played 23 games for the Boston Bruins.
