(Coventry, RI)--A two-year-old boy was reportedly pronounced dead at Kent Hospital after he was found in a swimming pool in Coventry yesterday afternoon.The boy's parents reportedly told Coventry police he had climbed out of a bedroom window and was able to get into the pool, which was apparently uncovered and had ladder access.No charges have been filed, according to Coventry police; they say the Department of Children, Youth and Families has been notified and the death is being investigated.
