(Providence, RI)--A Rhode Island General Assembly staffer has been fired after his arrest on drug charges.Frank Franco was reportedly arrested by Providence police on Monday and is charged with four counts of drug possession with intent to sell, including heroin possession.A House spokesperson says Franco, first hired in 2005, was working in general maintenance.
