(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is relaxing a social-distancing measure put in place at the beginning of trout-fishing season.The system restricted fishing to even-and-odd-number-days-only depending the first letter of your last name.The DEM is still urging anglers to limit crowding.
