(Pawtucket, RI)--The Pawtucket City Council is scheduled to vote on Friday on a lease agreement for a development project that includes a soccer stadium along the Seekonk River.The developer, New York-based Fortuitous Partners LLC, would pay one dollar per year for fifty years, with options to extend the agreement for another fifty.The project was announced last December.
