(Undated)--The Rhode Island Police Chiefs' Association condemned the "horrific" and "criminal" actions of police officers in connection to the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, in a statement released on Tuesday.The association says what happened tarnished the trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve.At the same time, the police chiefs criticized those who have rioted following Floyd's death.
