(Hopkinton, RI)--South County has seen its fair share of lawsuit activity related to solar energy developments this year.The latest comes out of Hopkinton; a Superior Court judge late last month dismissed motions of a resident lawsuit against the town for an approval of a project in a residential zone on Main Street from developer Maxson Hill.The same judge, Sarah Taft-Carter, dismissed another lawsuit from Hopkinton residents against a different town-approved solar facility earlier this year.
