(Undated)--Some Rhode Island cities are announcing delays in sending out motor vehicle tax bills.The city of Warwick is postponing sending out the bills due to the delay in the passage of the Fiscal Year 2021 state budget, saying the bills cannot be properly calculated at this time.The city of Pawtucket has shared a similar message with taxpayers.
