(Providence, RI)--Rhode Island is in another heat wave to start the final week of July.The National Weather Service has the Ocean State in a Heat Advisory today and tomorrow.Forecasters say heat index values will climb into the 100s across Southern New England.High temperatures in Providence are expected to go back down into the 80s for the rest of the week.
