(Providence, RI)--An operations manager for a North Dakota company selling clothing and other items to the U.S. Military, U.S. government, police and others has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Providence.The U.S. Justice Department says Terry Roe of Burlington, North Dakota conspired to obtain counterfeit clothing, apparel and other gear that was not made in the U.S.The Rhode Island National Guard was one of the agencies included in the alleged sales, which the DOJ said was part of an investigatory controlled purchase.Two others have also been charged in the case.
