(Undated) -- Millions of Americans are preparing for a powerful Nor'easter targeting the Atlantic Seaboard. The storm is set to hit much of the coast Wednesday into Thursday, dropping as much as a foot of snow from Boston to New York City. More snowfall is expected in other parts of the region along with heavy ice that could cause power outages. Freezing rain is forecast for parts of Virginia and West Virginia, along with wet weather further south.
