Undated) -- Five people are facing suspected DUI-related charges following their arrests in Rhode Island over the weekend. They were taken into custody between 9:40 Saturday night and about 2:20 a.m. yesterday. State Police Colonel James Manni says troopers have zero tolerance for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
