(Burrillville, RI)--A hazmat incident in northwest Rhode Island on Monday sent ten people to the hospital.This was at the Daniele meat production facility in Burrillville.Fire officials say the hazmat situation was identified after two workers were treated for respiratory issues in the late morning.All of the affected individuals were said to have minor symptoms.The incident is under investigation.
