(Providence, RI) -- Speed is believed to have been a factor in an early morning crash on Route 146 south. A man was thrown from his car which rolled over just before the Branch Avenue exit near Providence-North Providence line. Channel 12 reports State Police say the victim is in critical but stable condition at Rhode Island Hospital.
