(Providence, RI)--A 38-year-old Providence man is sentenced to five years in federal prison.Shawn Silva admitted he shipped more than two-hundred packages containing large quantities of heroin and cocaine from locations in California to the Providence area and southeastern Massachusetts between May of 2017 and August of 2019.He pleaded guilty in November to participating in a criminal conspiracy.
