(Providence, RI)--Social gathering limits imposed due to the pandemic are being loosened in Rhode Island starting tomorrow.The gathering limit will be increased from one to two households indoors and three households outdoors.Houses of worship and other venues can increase capacity from 25-to-40 percent, but total occupancy remains unchanged at 125.
