(Undated) -- A Superior Court judge's ruling reinstates full health care benefits for 50 retired Woonsocket police officers. A retiree had challenged the authority of the city's budget commission to cut benefits in 2013. The Providence Journal reports Judge Jeffrey Lanphear [[ lan-fear ]] ruled the city violated the state constitution by requiring the retirees to pay deductibles indefinitely.
