(Middletown, RI) -- A 32-year-old Newport man is facing multiple charges for damaging graves at a cemetery in Middletown. Kendall Maloney, a former employee at Newport Memorial Park, is charged with breaking and entering, desecration of a grave and removal of markers. Channel 10 reports police say Maloney was taking metal markers that he pried up from graves to a scrap yard in Westport, Massachusetts.
