(Providence, RI) -- There's a virtual public hearing today on a controversial proposal for a medical waste-to-energy facility on Division Road in West Warwick. A large number of participants are anticipated and there will be a time limit for speakers. The Department of Environmental Management says comment will be limited to the license application for the proposed MedReccyler site.
