(Providence, RI) -- A 36-year-old Pawtucket man is facing multiple charges including suspicion of DUI after he reportedly hit a State Police cruiser twice. It happened around 2:30 Sunday morning on I-95 north at the Route 146 split in Providence as troopers were investigating a crash. Authorities say a vehicle driven by Maksim Gorbachev hit the back of the cruiser and then hit it a second time as he allegedly tried to flee the scene.
