(Providence, RI) -- The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training says it has resolved a problem on its website that was preventing people from certifying their unemployment claims. The department said the system in place to stop spam or "bot" users was causing issues for real claimants. The director of the agency says people should refresh their Internet browsers before trying again.
